Welcome to jeremyosgoodphotography.com (the “Site”), owned and run by Jeremy Osgood Photography, a sole proprietorship in Brentwood, Tennessee. By using the Site or buying a print, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
1. The Photos and Content Are Copyrighted
Every photograph, video, map, illustration, and word of writing on this Site is created and owned by Jeremy Osgood and protected by U.S. and international copyright law. All rights are reserved.
You’re welcome to enjoy the Site and share links to it. Without my written permission, you may not:
- Download, copy, print, screenshot, or reproduce images for any use beyond personal viewing
- Post my images on websites, social media, or in publications without credit and permission
- Use my images or videos in advertising, products, or any commercial project
- Remove or alter watermarks or copyright notices
- Scrape the Site or use any of its content to train artificial intelligence or machine learning systems
Buying a print gives you ownership of that physical print, not the copyright or the right to reproduce the image. To use a photo or video clip, please see Licensing and Permissions.
2. Buying Prints
Prints ordered through the Site are made to order and paid through PayPal. Sizes, prices, shipping, and returns are covered in my Print Orders, Shipping, and Returns policy, which is part of these Terms. Prints purchased on Etsy follow Etsy’s terms and my Etsy shop policies.
I work to keep prices and descriptions accurate. If there’s a mistake in a price, I’ll contact you before filling the order and give you the choice to cancel for a full refund. I may decline or cancel any order, for example if a payment amount doesn’t match the listed price.
3. Colors and Screens
Every screen displays color a little differently, so a print may look slightly different from what you see on your device. I edit every image carefully and use professional labs to keep prints as true to the original as possible.
4. Other Websites
The Site links to Etsy, Amazon, PayPal, Owl Gossip, social media, and other sites. I’m not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.
5. Using the Site Respectfully
Please don’t try to break, overload, hack, or misuse the Site, send spam through the contact form, or use the Site for anything unlawful.
6. Disclaimer
The Site and its content are provided “as is.” Stories, captions, and wildlife information are shared in good faith for enjoyment and education, but I can’t guarantee they’re complete or error free. When visiting parks and wild places, always follow posted rules and give wildlife plenty of space.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Jeremy Osgood Photography is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of the Site. For any claim related to a purchase, my total liability is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Williamson County, Tennessee.
9. Changes
I may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the Site means you accept the changes.
