Every print from jeremyosgoodphotography.com is made to order just for you by Bay Photo Lab, a professional photo lab, on archival paper. Here’s how ordering, shipping, and returns work.
Sizes and Prices
- 8×10: $30
- 11×14: $50
- 16×24: $85 (wide landscape images only)
- Larger sizes, metal, and acrylic: email me for a quote
8×10 and 11×14 prints are slightly cropped to fit those shapes. I’ll choose the best crop, or you can email me your preference right after ordering.
Payment
Orders are paid securely through PayPal. You can use a PayPal account or a credit or debit card. I never see or store your card details.
Production and Shipping
- Free shipping to addresses in the United States.
- Prints take about 3 business days to produce, then 5 to 7 business days to arrive. Plan on about two weeks door to door.
- I currently ship within the U.S. only. For international orders, please email me first.
- Please double check your shipping address in PayPal. I’m not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address.
- Ordering for a holiday or birthday? Email me and I’ll let you know if your date is realistic.
Damaged or Defective Prints
If your print arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or isn’t the photo or size you ordered, I’ll make it right with a free replacement.
- Email jeremy@owlgossip.com within 14 days of delivery.
- Include your name, the photo and size, and a photo of the problem (and the packaging, if it was damaged in shipping).
- I’ll send a replacement at no cost. You don’t need to return the damaged print unless I ask.
Returns and Refunds
Because every print is made to order, I don’t accept returns or give refunds for change of mind. Please look over the photo and size carefully before you order, and feel free to email me with any questions first.
Cancellations
You can cancel for a full refund within 24 hours of ordering, before your print goes into production. After that, the order can’t be cancelled.
Lost Packages
If tracking shows your print was delivered but you can’t find it, please check with neighbors and your local post office, then email me. If a package is lost in transit, I’ll work with the carrier and send a replacement.
Etsy Orders
Prints bought through Ozzy’s Nature Art on Etsy follow Etsy’s purchase protections and my Etsy shop policies.
