So my "great sister-in-law with no rebuttals" was telling me about this book the Carnivore Dilemma and that's what I was thinking about after watching my buddy Terry, owner of Wolfgang's Pizza, whip up this half vegetarian, half pepperoni pizza in the back kitchen tonight. This family or couple has obviously mastered the art of compromise when it comes to the dilemma.   It also is a shining example of a service oriented business that focuses on what the customer wants.   It's like the sign out front says, "We love to cook 4 U". Hey Terry…a new menu title?
