Easter 2010

I can't remember an April 3 of any year that a butterfly was seen so early in Wolfeboro, and probably wouldn't have taken notice of this one if it weren't for my 2 year old daughter.  Her big blue eyes looked like a Pterodactyl had just flown across the lawn.   Forget all the easter eggs, jelly beans, bunny tales.   If it's your first "real" spring in the world just imagine the wonder of all these little critters and peepers and the relief upon the realization that you were not born into an ice age.

So the next time someone tells you to grow up think about taking a pass.  Just remember that buzzing sound is coming for blood.
